For 30K~36K:
At first test the resistance between every two ports of U, V, W of IPM and P, N. If any result of them is 0 or
close to 0, the IPM is defective. Otherwise, please follow the procedure below:

Check whether the power
voltage is normal.
Measure whether outdoor
terminal voltage is normal?
Measure whether the voltage
between L and N is normal?
Measure whether input voltage
of bridge rectifier is normal?
Check whether connecting wire
between main board and IPM
board is connected tightly
Measure whether the voltage
between P and N is normal?
(refer to Appendix 4)
Check if the outdoor unit
ventilation is good
Restart the unit when the power
supply returns to normal.
Check the wiring of
power wires
Check the wiring of L
and N
Check the wiring of
bridge rectifier
Reconnect
Check whether
bridge rectifier is
normal.
Replace bridge
rectifier
Replace PFC module (if applicable)
Check wiring of
reactor or inductor
Reconnect wiring
Replace reactor
or inductor
Check whether reactor
or inductor is normal
Make sure the outdoor unit is
well ventilated
Check whether connecting
wire of compressor is
connected correct and tightly
Check if the outdoor fan
runs properly
Replace IPM board
Please refer to solution of [fan
speed out of control malfunction].
Find out cause and repair.
Check that
compressor is
normal.
Replace compressor
