  If there are no messages on the display or the message “Please Call Operator” is displayed on your Mars Coffee Maker, first, ensure the brewer is switched on at the back using the ON/OFF switch. Next, check that the brewer is plugged into the socket and switched on. Finally, press any button to exit standby mode and turn on the display. If the problem continues, please contact customer service or your local MARS DRINKSTM supplier.

  If the filterpack door of your Mars Coffee Maker will not close, it could be due to improper reassembly or insertion of an espresso pack. Remove and replace the filterpack door, referring to the instructions under Weekly Care – Cleaning Filterpack door. Do not insert Espresso packs (red nozzle) into the filterpack door, as this may cause the brewer to jam.
