How to fix Masimo Watch W1 not connecting to app?

If your Masimo W1 Watch isn't connecting to the app on your smart device, there are several things to check. First, ensure you're using the correct and latest version of the app. Then, verify that the Masimo W1's Bluetooth is turned on. Make sure the Masimo W1 has been paired through the App and not just the smart device Bluetooth settings. Try unpairing and pairing the Masimo W1 to the smart device again using the App. Restart the Masimo W1 by pressing and holding both side buttons for at least 15 seconds and retry the pairing procedure on the App. Also, ensure the Masimo W1 is close enough to the smart device. If problems persist, contact Masimo Support.
