TAPPING THE BEER KEG
(SINGLE VALVE-TYPE KEG)
Make sure the black pull handle of the Coupler is
in the open (up) position, then insert the Coupler
into the locking neck of the beer keg.
Turn the Coupler clockwise until it
locks securely into position.
Make sure the Tap Tower is in the closed (handle
pointing straight up) position. Secure the connection
by pulling the Coupler handle out and pushing down
until it locks into position. The pull handle will "click"
when it shifts into the final downward position. This
will open the beer and CO
2
gas valves. The Keg is
now tapped.
