18. Remove the LP orices rst with the orice
removal tool, then install the NG orice. Make
sure you are using the correct orice, marked
“1.37”.
When this step completed, install the main
burners back to the rebox and secure to the
bracket with the R-pins.
Make sure the orices are aligned with the
burners and the ignition pins are installed
in their original positions. Check the sparks
before operating the grill.
Change to 10 ft. NG hose
19. Take the regulator off from the manifold and
replace it with 10-ft. natural gas hose. Please
make sure the hose is securely fastened.
Adjust valve control screw
20. Pull all the knobs off from valve stems. Adjust
the screw in the valve hole using the athead
screwdriver. Turn screws two complete turns
counterclockwise.
21. To complete conversion, re-install all knobs,
return heat diffusers to rebox, followed by the
grates and warming rack.
