      johnsonrebeccaAug 7, 2025
If you detect a gas leak, immediately turn the regulator control knob to the “OFF” position and open the lid. Wait at least 5 minutes before attempting to re-ignite the burner. This issue may arise if the gas regulator or gas cylinder isn't connected correctly, or if the regulator is freezing and the gas cylinder isn't at the right angle. Make sure to follow the instructions to attach the gas regulator.

    • B
      Benjamin WilliamsAug 19, 2025
If the flame sputters or is low during cooking, it might be due to a regulator issue (possibly freezing) or low gas in the cylinder. Turn the regulator to the “Off” position immediately and refer to the Installation Instructions for the correct hanging position of the gas cylinder. If the gas is low, replace the gas cylinder.
