Why won't my Master B 360 Heater start?
    • R
      robert05Aug 7, 2025
If your Master Heater isn't starting or operating, ensure the starter switch is in the “ON” position. Check that the power plug is correctly inserted into the mains socket and verify the voltage of your electrical supply system. For dual voltage models, ensure the switch is set to the correct voltage. Also, if your model has a room thermostat, make sure it is set higher than the current room temperature.

What to do if the fan comes on but the flame does not light on my Master B 360?
    • M
      Michael OrtizAug 11, 2025
If the fan of your Master Heater comes on, but the flame doesn't light or stay lit, there are several possible causes. First, the ignitor might not be working; check the connections of the ignition cables, the position and cleanliness of the electrodes, and consider replacing the ignition transformer. Second, the flame cut out mechanism could be faulty and need replacement. Third, the photoelectric cell may not be functioning correctly; try cleaning or replacing it. Fourth, the fuel might not be reaching the burner adequately; ensure the pump is connected to the motor, check for air in the fuel circuit, and clean or replace the nozzle. Finally, the electric valve might be malfunctioning; check its electrical connection and the TS thermostat, and clean or replace the valve if necessary.

    • A
      Alisha LopezAug 17, 2025
If the fan does not come on and the flame does not light on your Master Heater, it could be due to several reasons. First, ensure there is an electric current by checking the electrical system (220-240V / 50 Hz), the switch position and function, and the fuse. Second, if fitted, verify that the control mechanism is set correctly, ensuring the temperature setting on the thermostat is higher than the ambient temperature. Third, the control mechanism could be faulty and require replacement. Fourth, the motor winding might be burnt out or broken, necessitating motor replacement.
