ÉTAPE 7
Alignez les encoches en trou de serrure sur
les supports des grilles (C) avec les chevilles
à l’intérieur du corps du fumoir (A). Poussez le
support pour grille (C) vers le bas de façon à le fi xer
solidement. Répétez cette étape de chaque côté
pour les autres supports pour grille (C).

ÉTAPE 8
Placez les grilles de fumaison (D) à l’intérieur du corps
du fumoir (A).

ASSEMBLY
STEP 9
Align keyholes on drip defl ector (E) with studs on the
inside of smoker body (A). Press drip defl ector (E)
down to secure in place.

Place water bowl (H), wood chip tray (I), and drip pan
(F)inside smoker body (A). Insert wood chip loader
(G) into side of smoker body (A).
