Greeting Message
To set Greeting Message:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to User
Greeting Message.
Ÿ Enter Room/Phone Number.
Ÿ Select from the options:
‘Greeting Message 1’
‘Greeting Message 2’
Ÿ Press Key.
Ÿ Select ‘set’ and press Key again.
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.
To cancel Greeting Message:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to User
Greeting Message.
Ÿ Enter Room/Phone Number.
Ÿ Select the cancel Greeting
Message and press Key.
Ÿ Select ‘cancel’ and press Key again.
