Forced Answer
When dialed extension does not
respond:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to Forced
Answer.
Ÿ Called extension’s speaker is turned
on.
Ÿ Speech with called extension.
Or
Ÿ Dial 5 during Ring Back Tone.
Ÿ Called extension’s speaker is turned
on.
Ÿ Speech with called extension.
Forced Call Disconnection
When dialed Extension/Trunk is busy:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to Forced
Release.
Ÿ Confirmation Tone, followed by Dial
Tone.
Ÿ Dial Extension number/TAC.
Or
Ÿ Dial #* during Busy Tone.
Ÿ Confirmation Tone, followed by Dial
Tone.
Ÿ Dial Extension number/TAC.
Hot Desk
To set Hot Desk:
From the remote extension,
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to Hot Desk.
Ÿ Enter Your Extension Number.
Ÿ Enter Your User Password.
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.
To cancel Hot Desk:
From your current extension,
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to Hot Desk
again.
Ÿ Enter Your Extension Number.
Ÿ Enter Your User Password.
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.
Ÿ Dial 1091-Your Extension Number-Your
User Password.
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.

To set Hotline for a Extension/
Department Group:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to Hotline.
Ÿ Scroll to select ‘Hotline Stn/Dept’.
Ÿ Enter Extension/Department Group
Number.
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.
To set Hot Outward Dialing:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to Hotline.
Ÿ Scroll to select ‘Hotline OG Trunk’.
Ÿ Enter TAC.
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.
Ÿ Dial 151-Extension Number/
Department Group Number.
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.
