To set User Absent/Present:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to Change
User Status.
Ÿ Enter Your User Password.
Ÿ Scroll to select the option: User
Absent/User Present.
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.

Ÿ Dial 104-Your User Password-0 (User
Absent).
Ÿ Dial 104-Your User Password-1 (User
Present).
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.
Trunk Reservation
When the Trunk you access is Busy:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to Trunk
Reservation.
Ÿ When trunk is free, your extension
rings.
Ÿ Answer the call, you get trunk Dial
Tone.
Ÿ Dial desired number.
To cancel Trunk Reservation:
Ÿ Press ‘Call Back’ Key.
Or
Ÿ Dial 6 on Busy Tone.
Ÿ When trunk is free, your extension
rings.
Ÿ Answer the call, you get trunk Dial
Tone.
Ÿ Dial desired number.

To Walk Out of the other Extension:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to Walk-In
Class of Service.
Ÿ Select the option ‘Walk out’.

Ÿ Go On-Hook.

Your User Password.
Ÿ Dial desired Number on Confirmation
