PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
C. Oil
Excessive oil consumption;
the level lowers too quickly; oil
is detected within the network.
The air-oil separator fi lter is
clogged.
Replace the fi lter.

D. Temperature
The compressor stops due to
its own over-heating.
The radiator or the fi lter of
the cooling air is dirty; the
environmental temperature is
excessive for the compressor
operation.
Verify the cause and remove
the problem.

The compressor stops due to
the over-heating of the motor.
Excessive working pressure. Verify the setting and re-set to
the design value for the machi-
ne.

The main motor cooling is
insuffi cient; the cooling air is
either too hot or too little.
Verify the environmental con-
ditions and the condition of the
fi ltering panel.

E. NOISE LEVEL
Belts are noisy.
Belts are not tightened enou-

Correcly tighten the belts.
