Maintenance Guide
Removal and Installation of Equipment
1. Preparation
WARNING: BEFORE PERFORMING INSTALLATION OR REMOVAL PROCEDURES
THE FOLLOWING PRECAUTIONS MUST BE ADHERED
TO IN ORDER TO PREVENT POSSIBLE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT OR
INJURY OR DEATH TO PERSONNEL.
WARNING: TURN THE ENGINE OFF BY TURNING THE IGNITION SWITCH TO OFF.
DISCONNECT THE BATTERY CABLES BEFORE
SERVICING THE ENGINE START OR STOP CIRCUITS. DISCONNECTING BATTERY
NEGATIVE GROUND BEFORE REMOVING OR CONNECTING THE POSITIVE BATTERY
CABLE CAN PREVENT SHORT CIRCUITING OF THE BATTERY BY TOOLS.
Recommended Preventive Maintenance Intervals

AFTER FIRST 50 HOURS
Change all hydraulic lters
Check for hydraulic leaks
Change engine oil and lter
Check for loose nuts and bolts
Tighten as necessary
Check for excessive wear on all working parts
Check hydraulic uid level
Add as necessary
Check oil level
Add as necessary
Engine air cleaner system
Check service indicator and inspect
Check for loose bolts
Tighten as necessary
Remove asphalt from all working surfaces
Spray down with approved release agent and clean
