(6) Start failure malfunction
Main checking points:
● If the connection wire of the compressor is connected properly;
● If the stop duration of the compressor is sufficient;
● If the compressor is broken;
● If the refrigerant charging amount is too much;
Energize and start the unit
If the stop duration of the
compressor is longer than 3min
If the connection wire of the compressor
is connected well and correctly
If the refrigerant charging
amount is too much
Charge the refrigerant according
to the service manual
Eliminate the malfunction
Replace the outdoor mainboard
Eliminate the malfunction
Replace the compressor
End
Reconnect the connection wire
of the compressor according to
the wiring diagram
Energize and start the unit
The stop duration of the
unit is not enough, the
high and low pressure of
the system is not
balanced, restart it after
3min
