9.1. 报废机器

在继续拆卸机器之前，断开机器的所有电源（电，水，压缩空气）并排出任何剩余的能量/压力。

这台机器在退役和报废方面没有特别的问题。必须采取适当措施，防止未经授权的人员重复使用。行动如下：
STEP DESCRIPTION
1
准备一个没有杂乱的足够宽敞的工作区，以便进行拆除作业。

把所有液体从内胆里抽出来。
3
执行规定的安全措施后，切断外部电源电缆和所有电气部件。
4
实施安全措施后，切断电机的供电电缆。
5
断开任何其他连接。
6
继续拆卸机器，将其部件分离为单独的废物收集(如下一节所述)。
IMPORTANT!
Disposal of the machine’s packaging, any replaced parts, the machine in its entirety, and the various fluids
must be performed with respect for the environment, preventing pollution of the ground, air and water and
complying with applicable legislation in the country of use. Comply with legislative provisions in the country
of use for disposal of the machine.
9.2. WASTE PROCESSINGINSTRUCTIONS
The following have been used to manufacture the machine, albeit in small amounts for some materials:
• AISI 304 stainlesssteel
• Other metals (steel, aluminium, cast iron, bronzeetc.)
• Plastics (PE, POM-Cetc.)
• Other materials contained incomponents
Before proceeding to scrap the machine, it is mandatory to remove all parts which could cause damage to the environment, and
dispose of them in accordance with relevant legislation.
MATERIAL ACTION
Plastic
This must be removed and disposed of separately at a landfill, incinerator or waste disposal/
recycling facility.
Lubricants and Oils
Inside gear units and variable speed drives. They must be collected and handed over to
specialisedcentresauthorised to collect and dispose of used oil (in Italy: ConsorzioObbligatorio
Oli usati).
Iron Remove and separate. Must be recycled at waste disposal/recycling centres.
Copper Remove and separate. Must be recycled at waste disposal/recycling centres.
Steel Remove and separate. Must be recycled at waste disposal/recycling centres.
Aluminium Remove and separate. Must be recycled at waste disposal/recycling centres.
Pneumatic or Electrical
Components
These must be removed to allow reuse in the event that they are still in good condition, or else
overhauled and recycled where possible.
