Cleaning the cooking compartment
Inside the cooking compartment there could be various
types of solid residue deposits. A visual inspection must
be performed at the end of the day to see if this occurred.
If so, manually remove these residues and, as needed, un
-
screwthelterfromthebaseofthecookingcompartment
(Fig. 7) to free the drain of possible residues. When these
operationsarecomplete,replacethelterinsidethecoo
-
king compartment.
As necessary, remove the tray holders from the
pin (Fig. 9) and remove them from the cooking
compartment.
Cleaning the lter
As necessary, remove the tray holders from the pin (Fig. 8)
and wash with potable water and non abrasive and/or corro
-
sive material to eliminate any solid residues. Dry thoroughly.
Whentheseoperationsarecomplete,replacethelter.
"Filter Cleaning" Message (Display 2): proceed
with routine maintenance on the lter.
When cleaning is complete, press "PLUS" for 5
seconds to remove the message
Cleaning the condensation collection
tray
Inside the condensation collection tray there could be resi-
duethatobstructstheowofliquids.Avisualinspectionis
required at the end of the day to see if this has occurred.
Manually remove these residues as needed to free the drai
-
nage hole (Fig. 11).
Cleaning the interior
and exterior glass
The appliance has one xed piece of glass attached to
the door and a mobile one. As needed and with the door
completely open, remove the glass holders (Fig. 10) and
carefully clean both sides of the mobile glass. Before at
-
taching it again to the door, also carefully clean the inside
xedglass.
Inspection and cleaning
of the door gasket
At the end of each washing of the cooking compartment
and at the end of the daily cycle, thorough cleaning of the
door gasket is needed for proper maintenance (Fig. 12).
Wash the gasket with non-abrasive and/or corrosive mate
-
rial, dry it thoroughly and spread Vaseline (for food) over
the surface to keep it soft and in good condition.
Check and clean the drains
For correct disposal of the water in the drainage system,
make sure that there are no obstructions or blockages of
any kind along the entire line (Fig. 9-13).
