McDSP 6060 Ultimate Module Collection
6060 Overview
The 6060 is a massive collection of processing options delivered in module
format. There are over 30 modules with the initial release of the 6060, and
more are planned. Up to six modules can be used at once, in any combination
or order, and/or split off into two separate signal paths for two discrete signal
paths that can be mixed together at the final output.
Module groups are equalization, compression, and ‘more’ - where ‘more’ means
expanders, gates, saturations, and loads of other specialized tools.
An input and output section allow the user to calibrate input and output levels.
Each module may be individually enabled, and there are side chain processing
options for many of the modules.
The up to six modules can also be combined split using the Split Input feature.
By simply selecting the “I” button in any module, all modules to the left of that
module become path A and the others become path B. Two new knobs appear
just above the main output and output meters to allow mixing of the A and B
output levels before being processing by the final output.
