McDSP 6060 Ultimate Module Collection
COMP (Compression) Modules
The 6060 has ten compressor modules (so far). Compression
algorithms vary from the gentle to the very aggressive.
The 6060 adds new features like feedback (in addition to
feedforward) compression, and a negative compression
mode on a few select modules.
EQ Modules
The 6060 has twelve equalizer modules (so far). All
have up to four bands of EQ and/or filters. Relative
control values are retained when switching between
modules for rapid preview of each module’s sound. This
design approach is also available in the 6060 compressor
modules, and other similarly functioning modules
(gates, expanders, etc.).
