What to do if the red light is on but there is no video image on my MDC Caravan monitor?

If the red light on your MDC Caravan monitor is illuminated, but you're not seeing any video, here's what you should do: 1. Make sure the camera's power cord is securely connected. 2. Verify that the monitor is correctly paired with the camera: * Turn on both the monitor and the camera. * Press and hold the (M) key for 3 seconds to activate pairing mode. The display will show 'pairing', and the pairing process should complete automatically. * Once successfully paired, the monitor should display live footage from the camera.
