  If water is dripping from the P&T safety valve, the water pressure may be too high, or there might be lime or dirt under the valve seat. Check the water pressure, ensuring it doesn't exceed 400 kPa; use a pressure reducer when connected to a central water supply. After the appliance cools, slowly raise the test lever to flush the water system and dislodge any foreign matter from the P&T safety valve seat. If the issue persists, the P&T safety valve may need replacement by a certified service technician.

  If the red lamp lights up approximately 30 seconds after switching on the heater and it doesn't operate, possible causes include a blocked cowl cover, air in the gas supply, no gas supply, or incorrect gas pressure. Remove the cowl cover and clear any obstructions. Inspect the gas valves and gas cylinder. To unlock the system and purge air, switch off the appliance, wait 5 minutes, and then switch it on again.
