Why won't my MDC Caravans heater turn on?

What to do if my MDC Caravan heater doesn't work and the red light is on?
If your MDC caravan heater isn't working and a red light appears after about 30 seconds, it could be due to a few reasons. First, check if the cowl cover is obstructing the heater. Also, there might be air in the gas supply, no gas supply, or incorrect gas pressure. To resolve this, remove any obstructions from the cowl cover. Then, inspect the gas valves and gas cylinder to ensure proper gas flow. To purge any air, turn off the heater, wait for 5 minutes, and then turn it back on.
