If the red light on your MDC Caravan monitor is on but you're not seeing any video, here's what you can do: 1. First, make sure the camera's power cord is securely connected. 2. Next, check if the monitor is paired with the camera. To pair them: a. Turn on both the monitor and the camera. b. Press and hold the (M) key on the monitor for 3 seconds. The screen should display “pairing,” and it will automatically pair with the camera. Once paired, the monitor will show live video from the camera.
