Trouble Shooting
12 Volt Electrical
PROBLEM
POSSIBLE CAUSE
REMEDY
No power
Main switch turned off
Turn on main rotary switch
Tripped main circuit breaker
Reset CB1 circuit breaker located with batteries (See
diagram E1)
Flat Battery
Battery needs reset: Charge battery on mains power
and set charger to “Supply Mode” until voltage reaches
greater than 5 volts then return to “Lithium” mode.
Battery needs reset: If no mains power available jump
start using another 12v battery to waken DC to DC
controller and start solar panels charging.
Not charging from
mains power.
RCD has tripped
Reset RCD protection on wall.
Charger not turned on
Ensure charger is plugged in and power point is turned
on
Not charging from
solar
Tripped solar panel circuit
breaker/s
Check CB6 & CB7 near batteries, if black pin is
protruding from end of breaker push back in to reset.
(Diagram E1)
Tripped DC to DC breaker
Check CB4. (Diagram E1)
Not charging from
vehicle
DC to DC trigger wire not
connected
See trailer plug wiring in this manual
Tripped circuit breaker
Check CB5 and CB4 near the batteries and reset if
necessary (Diagram E1)
Circuit not
working
Tripped circuit breaker
Check and reset the individual circuit breaker on the
control panel
240 Volt Electrical
PROBLEM
POSSIBLE CAUSE
REMEDY
No power
Not connected to mains
Connect to mains power
RCD unit has tripped
Reset the RCD unit switch to up position
Site power supply tripped
Check RCD on site power
10 amp converter tripped
Check your 10 amp converter
Generator RCD tripped
Check and reset RCD on generator
