12. Device Password
Lock password
 After writing hex code write, password lock is enabled.
 The 12 byte hex-value for password are programmed.
Unlock password
 After checking device-id, if password is enabled,
 The 12 byte hex-value for password are compared.
 If password is matched, password-lock is disabled.
