Why is steam leaking from the side of my Mealthy MultiPot 2.0 Electric Pressure Cooker lid?
    • I
      iarnoldAug 17, 2025
Steam leaking from the side of the Mealthy Electric Pressure Cooker lid can occur for several reasons: * The silicone gasket may not be correctly in place. * The silicone gasket might be damaged and needs replacing. * There could be food or debris on the silicone gasket, requiring cleaning. * The lid might not be properly locked; try repositioning it to lock it correctly and clean the float silicone seal on the inside of the lid.

What does ERROR CODE err3 mean on my Mealthy MultiPot 2.0?
    • R
      Roger PierceAug 23, 2025
ERROR CODE err3 on your Mealthy Electric Pressure Cooker indicates that the temperature is too high. This could be because the inner pot is not properly positioned or is not in the base, or because the inner pot contains no liquid. Remove the inner pot from the base and let it cool. Add ingredients to the cooled pot and re-position the pot properly in the base. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

Why doesn't the float rise on my Mealthy Electric Pressure Cooker?
    • W
      Wendy StoneAug 26, 2025
The float on your Mealthy Electric Pressure Cooker might not rise if there isn't enough food and liquid in the pot, or if the float is obstructed by the lid locking pin because the lid isn't closed correctly. Re-position the lid to lock it properly in place for pressure cooking programs. Remove the lid for Sauté. This is a normal sound.

Why is steam leaking from the float for too long on my Mealthy Electric Pressure Cooker?
    • S
      Sarah BairdAug 28, 2025
If steam leaks from the float of your Mealthy Electric Pressure Cooker for more than 2 minutes, it could be due to food debris on the float silicone seal inside the lid, or the float silicone seal is damaged or worn out. Consider replacing the float silicone seal and contacting customer support. Add water and ingredients according to the recipe, doubling if necessary. Never exceed max fill lines.

Clicking or light crackling sounds from your Mealthy Electric Pressure Cooker are usually normal. The power switching and expanding pressure while changing temperature can cause clicking noises. Also, check if the outside base of the inner pot is wet; if so, wipe the inner pot and the inside of the base dry before using your MultiPot.
