4. Foot Extension and Retraction – Push the buttons located on the lower foot rest to
activate the foot extensions and retraction.
Note: Retract foot extension prior to attempting patient egress from chair.
5. Pivoting Side Rail – Pull side rail knob and flip rail up and towards the backrest. Rail
will lock in complete up position.
