Important: If the countdown
does not start:
What It Means:
You might not have applied
enough control solution to the
test strip.
What to Do:
•Apply a second drop of
control solution to the test
strip. Refer to your test strip
instructions for use for the
number of seconds you have
to apply a second drop.
•If the countdown still does
not start, or if the number of
seconds you have to apply a
second drop have passed,
discard the test strip, turn off
your monitor, and try again
with a new test strip.

At the end of
the countdown:
•If the beeper is ON, listen for
the beeper.
•The control result shows on
the display window.
