PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE KIT

 Attach the manifold mounting screws, tighten with a 9/64-inch Allen wrench. Support the manifold to prevent
stripping of the threads. See figure 5.
Hydraulic
 Reattach the two 1-inch hose lines to the valve manifold. Reattach the 1-inch hose clamps and tighten.
 Reattach the disinfectant line. Refer to figure 6.
Electrical
 Reconnect the solenoid harness
Side B Procedure for Valve Manifold Removal
Before the side B manifold can be removed, the alcohol and detergent bottles must be moved out of the way.
Detergent/Alcohol Mounting Bracket removal
Tools Required
 John Guest tool
 3/16” Allen wrench
Hydraulic
 Remove the Detergent and Alcohol bottles, set aside.
 Remove the feed lines from the elbow on top of each of the Detergent and Alcohol bottles using a John Guest tool.
