PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE KIT
1. Flushing the SSG Unit Side A
 Enter the diagnostics mode
 Enter DIAG 37; SSG COMMAND will now be displayed.
 Press 3 to flush side A reservoirs. The following will be displayed:
Fill L: □□□
Dose L: □□□
 Pressing 1 will initiate an auto fill of both part A and part B reservoirs with water for basin A. The unit will
automatically fill and stop the fill when reservoirs are full using the reservoir sensing system
Display while reservoirs are filling.

When the A and B reservoirs are full for the A side basin, the display will appear as below.

To send the contents of A and B SSG reservoirs to the basin, press 2. (Note: if performing this function, the part
A and B of the HLD will be pumped into the basin, and remain there until manually drained) Caution: this is
concentrated solution. After performing the same flush on side B, the instructions will discuss how to drain and
rinse the basin.
REPEAT step 1.
2. Flushing the SSG Unit Side B
 Press cancel until SSG COMMAND is once again displayed.
 Press 4 to flush side B reservoirs. The following will be displayed:
Fill R: □□□
Dose R: □□□
 Pressing 1 will initiate an auto fill of both part A and part B reservoirs with water for basin B. The unit will
automatically fill and stop the fill when reservoirs are full using the reservoir sensing system.
Display while reservoirs are filling.
