PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE KIT
When the A and B reservoirs are full for the B side basin, the display will appear as below.

To send the contents of A and B SSG reservoirs to the basin, press 2. (Note: if performing this function, the part
A and B of the HLD will be pumped into the basin, and remain there until manually drained.) Caution: this is
concentrated solution.
REPEAT step 2.
Exit the Diagnostic function by pressing CANCEL until the main screen is displayed.
3. DRAINING AND RINSING THE BASIN
Enter SETUP 41 ENTER and allow the water tempering function to allow water to flow for several minutes
and then stop the function by pressing STOP. Verify the basin is drained completely before pressing STOP
to complete the process. If excessive smell is noted, repeat this function
Press the station select button and perform the above step on this other basin
4. DRAINING UPTAKE TUBES SYSTEM
The uptake tubes remain full after the purge. This fluid should be removed now or will pour out when work on the
SSG begins
Dump the water in the container that the uptakes have been placed in. Place the tubes back in the empty
container
Disconnect each of the four connectors on the SSG and pull back the hoses until disconnected. The fluid will
then flow out of the uptake into the container. See figures 2 and 3
Reconnect the hoses
Remove the container
