Electrical
Disconnect the solenoid harness.
Hydraulic
Loosen the two 1-inch hose clamps from the two 1-inch lines connecting to the valve manifold. Carefully slip the two
hoses off the barbed elbows. Have a rag at the ready to catch any fluid that may remain in the manifold. Refer to
figure 5.
Disconnect the disinfectant line. Have a rag at the ready to catch any fluid that may remain in the manifold. Refer to
figure 6.
Mechanical
Valves 9 & 11
Remove the four manifold mounting screws with a 9/64-inch Allen wrench. Support the manifold to prevent stripping
of the threads. Have a rag at the ready to catch any fluid that may remain in the manifold. Refer to figure 5.
Once assembly is removed, set on a counter top to service.
Remove the four solenoid screws at the end of the solenoid. Slowly pull back the solenoid for there is a spring
inside. Set aside the solenoid for reuse. The spring will be replaced with one from the rebuild kit. See figure 7.
