Remove the four valve block bolts using a 3/16-inch Allen wrench. Remove the valve block from the manifold.
Remove the O-ring.
Starting with the Drain Valve (valve #11), use one Drain Rebuilding Kit (78400-658), for rebuilding the valve.
Preparation of the rolling seal on the new valve block is important. Failure to follow instructions can
result in valve failure.
Carefully remove the rubber bands, plastic covering from the valve. Refer to figures 8 and 9. Be careful not to press
the plunger in or out for this can cause maladjustment to the rolling seal.
