Attaching the Front Tool Bag
1. Line the tool bag up to the backrest with the pockets facing forward. (Figure A)
2. Using the hook and loop closures, begin to fasten the four straps so they are
secure. (Figure B)
Attaching the Mini-Flashlight
1. Wrap the fastening cuff around the metal portion of the frame. (Figure A)
2. Slide the thumb screw through the holes exposed on the fastening cuff.
(Figure B)
3. Using your thumb and forefinger, place the nut on the narrow screw bit.
HAND TIGHTEN ONLY! (Figure C)
4. Your mini flashlight will then be able to lock in place. (Figure D)
