Usage Features:

  • Assembly: Requires two people and a Phillips screwdriver. Screws are pre-installed and need to be loosened or removed during assembly.
  • LP Gas Cylinder Installation: Cylinder is placed in a tank holder in the bottom of the cabinet and secured with a retaining screw. Valve opening should face the left side of the grill.
  • Leak Testing: Mandatory before first use, after each tank refill, if components are disconnected/replaced, after moving the grill, and at least once a year or after 60 days of disuse. Performed with a 50% water and 50% liquid dishwashing soap mixture.
  • Pre-start Checklist: Includes ensuring proper assembly, inspecting the gas supply hose, leak checking, ensuring electrical cords are grounded, proper positioning, and correct placement of the grease cup.
  • Lighting Instructions (Main Burners): Open lid, ensure control knobs are OFF, turn cylinder valve ON, push and hold down control knob, turn SLOWLY to "HIGH" (listen for igniter click). Repeat if needed. If no ignition in 5 seconds, turn OFF, wait 5 minutes, then repeat.
