Why won't the burner light on my Member's Mark GR2210601-MM-00?
    • N
      Nicole SotoJul 28, 2025
If the burner of your Member's Mark Grill won't light, several factors could be the cause. The LP cylinder fuel may be used up, so try changing to a new, full LP cylinder. There might be a bad electrode spark; check if the spark will light using a match, and adjust the electrode or collector if needed. The burner may not be properly seated, or it could be obstructed. Also, ensure the cylinder valve is open and that the regulator is correctly seated on the cylinder valve.

Why burner does not get hot enough on Member's Mark Grill?
    • R
      Ray HernandezAug 3, 2025
If the burner on your Member's Mark Grill does not get hot enough, the flow control device in the regulator may have been activated. To reset the regulator, turn off all burners and close the LP tank valve. Disconnect the regulator from the LP tank and wait one minute. Reconnect the regulator to the LP tank and slowly open the LP tank valve until it is fully open. Light all burners and observe the temperature.

What to do if my Member's Mark Grill is too hot?
    • K
      Kimberly DavisAug 10, 2025
If your Member's Mark Grill is too hot, it could be due to excess grease build-up causing grease fires, so you should clean the grill properly. Alternatively, a damaged or faulty regulator could be the cause, in which case you should replace the damaged parts with a factory-authorized component.

What to do if flame blows out on 'LOW' on Member's Mark Grill?
    • D
      Danielle LewisAug 16, 2025
If the flame blows out on the "LOW" setting on your Member's Mark Grill, the burner holes may be obstructed, so you should clean the burner. Also, ensure the grill is sufficiently preheated. Another possibility is that the burner is improperly seated on the control valve.
