ALARM SIGNALS:
- If during the normal refi lling phase the boi-
ler level probe remains exposed for more
than 90 seconds consecutively, the heater
is temporarily deactivated and is reactiva-
ted at boiler level recovery since water re-
fi lling in any case continues regularly.
- WARNING! If during the normal re-
fi lling phase the boiler level probe
remains exposed for more than 3
minutes consecutively, the system
disables heating and refi lling functions, and
the signal lamp starts blinking along with an
acoustic signal. At this point the generator
must be reset by turning the general switch
off and then back on (3 fi g. 4).
THERMOREGULATOR ADJUSTMENT:
With our temperature / pressure electronic
control system, if necessary it’s possible to set
vapor temperature and pressure as desired.
PROCEDURE:
With the 4 buttons located on the thermore-
gulator (5 fi g. 2) proceed as follows:
- Press the “P” button and release it imme-
diately.
- Set the temperature + / - using the arrows
▲+ /▼ -
- Adjustment range goes from a minimum of
about 150° = 5 bar to a maximum of about
181 ° = 10 bar.
- Press the “P” button again and release it,
or if no button is pressed for 15 seconds the
system will memorize the set temperature
and the display will return to normal opera-
tion mode.
FIRST FILL-UP:
- If the boiler and tank are completely emp-
ty, all system functions are disabled.
- Assure the presence of water in the tank,
and manually fi ll if empty.
- With the tank full and the boiler empty,
after feeding the generator through the
switches (see the “PREPARATION” para-
graph), the system controls the water fi lling
pump until the correct level is reached in
the boiler. In this phase the heater is deac-
tivated, while the signal lamp (2 fi g.4) is on
without blinking and without an acoustic
signal; this indicates the fi lling procedure in
process.
- Once fi lling is completed, the pump is tur-
ned off, and heating is simultaneously ena-
bled through the boiler heater; the signal
lamp is turned off (2 fi g.4).
LEVEL ADJUSTMENT:
BOILER:
- Refi lling is carried out each time the level
probe senses a low water level in the boiler.
During normal level recovery, the heater
remains enabled for heating and the signal
lamp (2 fi g. 4) is on without blinking and
without acoustic signal.
- If during fi lling the level probe located in
the tank should remain exposed, the sy-
stem immediately stops refi lling operations
and the signal lamp (2 fi g.4) starts blinking
together with an intermittent acoustic si-
gnal.
TANK:
- Each time the tank level probe senses a low
water level, the system immediately stops
refi lling operations and the signal lamp (2
fi g.4) starts blinking together with an inter-
mittent acoustic signal.
- Refi ll the tank to reset the alarm.

STEAM TEMPERATURE SETTING MODES
(5 - Fig.2)
1) P key: used for entry of the Set Point settin-
gs, for steam temperature programming
purposes.
2) ▼/▲ keys: used for incrementing / increa-
sing or for decrementing / decreasing the
steam temperature
a)Press the “P” pushbutton key that is located
on the temperature controller unit
b)The “SP” message will flash up on screen,
alternated by the relative set value.
c)Press on the arrow keys to set the required
temperature value “▼” MIN = 150°C / ”▲“
MAX = 185°C
d)Once entry of the required temperature
setting is complete, press on the “P” key
again to revert immediately back to the
initial machine mode. Otherwise the device
will switch back to normal after approx.
15 seconds.
