4 Special function adjustment mode
4.1 User adjustment
4.1.2 Checking / changing the adjustment mode
Resetting the user adjustment to the original factory adjustment will reset all
methods and ranges.
A user-adjusted method is indicated by an arrow while the test result is dis-
played at the position “Cal”.

The instrument can be reset to the delivery status (factory adjustment
setting) in the following way:
After the instrument has been switched off, hold the [SELECT] and
[ZERO/TEST] keys depressed.
Switch the instrument on using the [ON/OFF] key, after approx. 1 second
release the [SELECT] and [ZERO/TEST] keys.
The display shows in alternating mode:
the instrument is in delivery status (“SEL” stand for “select”)
or
the instrument is operating with a user-specified adjustment.
If this is to be retained, switch the instrument off with the [ON/OFF] key.
Adjustment is reset to the factory setting for all methods at the same time by
pressing the [SELECT] key.
The display shows in alternating mode:
Switch the instrument off with the [ON/OFF] key.
