Reason e. g.: optical sytem dirty or blank sample too strongly coloured
Check blank sample / measurement compartment.
Adjustment factor “out of range”
Too much light reaching the detector
Reason e. g.: lid not attached
Attach lid.
Battery capacity was too low during measurement
Change battery.
