DO NOT USE CAUSTIC CLEANERS ON ANY PART
OF THE OVEN OR OVEN CAVITY AS IT WILL
CAUSE PERMANENT DAMAGE TO THE CATALYTIC
CONVERTERS.

WEAR PROTECTIVE RUBBER GLOVES WHEN
CLEANING THE OVEN.

NEVER USE SHARP IMPLEMENTS OR HARSH
ABRASIVES ON ANY PART OF THE OVEN.
Complete COOL DOWN procedure and allow the oven and
accessories to cool before commencing cleaning.
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED (not supplied)
● Merrychef® Oven Cleaner
● Merrychef® Oven Protector (optional)
● Heat proof gloves
● Protective rubber gloves
● Non–abrasive nylon scrub pad
● Cleaning towel & cloths
● Eye protection/protective glasses
● Dust mask (optional)
COLD OVEN CLEANING
INSTRUCTIONS
REMOVE & CLEAN OVEN PARTS
1. Remove the air lter at the base of the oven.
2. Open the oven door and remove the rack & air diuser.
3. Lift out bottom impinger plate.
4. Wash all parts in warm soapy water. Wash o using a clean cloth and
plenty of clean, warm water.
5. Dry using a fresh, clean cloth.
