Cleaning
In normal use, the appliance does not require any other daily care than suffi cient cleaning.
The interior and exterior material of the appliance is of stainless steel. For cleaning the interior and ex-
terior, use neutral or slightly alkaline cleaning agent or wipe the surfaces with a damp cloth. Abrasive
materials should not be used.
Using a hose for cleaning the appliance is forbidden, because water sprayed can get into the vent holes
of the compressor cassette thus causing a hazardous situation.
Clean the condenser and the condenser fi lter twice a month. The machinery does not normally
require any other cleaning.
Open the machinery grid, detach the fi lter and rinse it with running water. Shake water off the fi lter. Vac-
uum-clean the condenser using a plastic nozzle to avoid damaging the condenser. Refi t the components.
Before vacuum-cleaning the condenser, switch the appliance off at the power supply by unplugging the
electric cable from the socket.
Other cleaning measures than the condenser/fi lter cleaning should be carried out by an authorized ser-
vice workshop.
It is recommended that a service company cleans the compressor cassette 1-2 times a year.
