The exhaust gas is very hot. Note that the exhaust gas can be even hotter during regeneration of
the diesel particulate filter.

Always drive the machine from a safe distance. Pay attention to the machine dimensions to avoid
power lines, bridges, branches and other obstacles.
NOTE: When driving on a sloping surface or onto a trailer truck, the automation system may stop the
machine if the hydraulic fluid or the coolant level is too low. If the machine stops unexpectedly, see
the alarm on the display.

CAUTION
PROPERTY DAMAGE HAZARD
Can cause moderate injury or property damage.
Be extremely cautious when driving the machine onto a ramp.
Make sure that the ramp is properly positioned, in perfect technical order and can support the
weight of the machine.
1. If your machine has an engine with active regeneration, make sure that regeneration is switched off
when the machine is transported in an environment that presents a fire hazard. See
Switching off active
regeneration
.
2. Before driving the unit, make sure the remote stop button on the drive control device is pulled up, the
radio control selection switch is in position 0 (turned to the left), and the control levers of the driving
control device are in neutral position.
NOTE: The cable drive control device CANNOT be used if the radio control mode (optional) is
switched on (in position 1). See Figure 5. Position of switches.
NOTE: Before connecting the drive control device plug, make sure all driving preparations have
been made and the engine is running.
3. Connect the drive control device plug to one of the alternative driving sockets. There are two driving
sockets: one at the front (below the control center) and one at the rear of the machine.
