5.2.3 DIP switch settings in multiple coin mode (switch 2.10 = ON)
In the multiple coin mode, the coin checker works with 16 coin chutes a coin checker that is accordingly pre-configured / programmed by the manufacturer will
be required.
The multiple coin mode will be used, if coins of multiple currencies shall be detected and processed (for example, with coffee machines that are operated in border
areas).
The DIP switches 1.1 1.8 are allocated to the coin chutes 1-8, the DIP switches 2.1 2.8 to the coin chutes 9-16. Only one intake web will be available.
The programming of the coffee machine decides, whether a coin chute will be blocked or in use!
5.2.4 Use of tokens
If a coin checker is operated with tokens, it must be decided first what kind of tokens is to be used:
Token coin: If a value is allocated to a token (for example, 1,-- Euro), the token has the same value and functionality as a 1 Euro coin. As this token
has a certain value, it is referred to as token coin.
Free-of-charge token: With a free-of-charge token a customer is able to dispense one beverage independent of the sales price of the beverage. A free-of-
charge token does not have a certain value.
The programming of the coffee machine decides, whether a token is used as a token coin or free-of-charge token!

Attention: Even if the option „multiple vending“ is active, a possible remaining credit of a token coin is deleted.
