Lockout Fault- Inlet Pressure
• Pump system has faulted out on a low
water pressure fault.
• Restore water pressure to the pump.
• Press F3 to reset
Lockout Fault – High Water Temp.
• Pump system has faulted on high water
temperature fault.
• This fault is typically caused by dead
heading the pump by running it in
“Manual” with zone valves closed, see
point 9.6.
• Check that all zone valves are operating
correctly and are in “Auto”
• Press F3 to reset, if fault does not clear
activate the prime and flush sequence by
pressing F3 and F4 simultaneously. This
will flush the pump system with cool
supply water. Once it is complete Press
F3 to clear fault. If the fault does not clear,
repeat the flush process.
• Note: The fault will only clear once the
temperature of the system has dropped
below 101°F/38°C.
Lockout Fault – Frequency Inverter
• Pump system has faulted on VFD fault
• Reference manual with fault code on VFD
• Once cleared press F3 to reset
Lockout Fault - High Outlet Pressure
• Pump system faulted on high outlet
pressure
• Check regulator settings
• Press F3 to reset
