      Your MicroNet Wireless Router's internet connection may be disconnecting due to schedule rules or the idle time-out setting if you're using PPPoA or PPPoE encapsulation. Check these settings. You may also need to contact your ISP.

      If you've forgotten your MicroNet Wireless Router password, you can upload the default configuration file to erase all custom configurations and restore factory defaults, including the password. Alternatively, press the Reset button for five seconds until the LAN LED begins to blink, which also restores defaults. Note that the default username is “admin” and the default password is “admin”, both case-sensitive.

      Your ISP provides the WAN IP address after authenticating you. Authentication may be through the user name and password, the MAC address or the host name. Make sure that you have entered the correct Service Type, User Name and Password (be sure to use the correct casing) if you use PPPoE and PPoA encapsulation only.

      If you can't access the Web Management of your MicroNet Wireless Router after activating the ACL function, ensure you've set ACL rules to allow users to use services. If no rules are set, all users are blocked. If you're locked out, press the Reset button for over 5 seconds to restore defaults. After restarting, log in with the default IP Address 192.168.2.1.

Ensure your phone line is checked and set up for DSL service by the telephone company. You might also need to reset your ADSL line to reinitialize the link to the DSLAM.
