Tips
• You can also adjust the time with the “DELAY START” key;
• Non-reservable functions: YOGURT, CAKE, BREAD, REHEAT and CLAYPOT.
• To make a reservation for BROWN RICE, JASMINE RICE, QUICK RICE and MIXED RICE,
press the “DELAY START” key.
The Delay Start Function Should Not Be Set For More Than 12 Hours,
Otherwise The Rice May Develop An Off-flavor.

Press the “DELAY START” key and the
time on the display starts to flash.
Press the “DELAY START” or “-” “+”
keys again to adjust the time, for
example for an 8-hour appointment,
cooking will be finished after 8 hours.
Pressing the “-” button both decreases
and increases in 10 minute increments,
and holding it down increases and
decreases in 1 hour increments.
Pressing the “+” button both
decreases and increases in 10 minute
increments, and holding it down
decreases and increases in 1 hour
increments.

Taking the Essence Rice as an
example: press the “RICE” button,
select “WHITE RICE” and press the
“START” button; the cooker beeps and
the reservation is successful.
