Cooking Steps For Claypot
1 Prepare the ingredients
Mix ingredients (e.g. ribs) and season-
ings (e.g. spring onion, ginger, garlic,
soy sauce) together, and marinate for
a little while to suit your taste.
2 Add water
Add the correct amount of white rice
(no more than 4 cups) to the inner
pot, add water to the water level as
shown on the right, and add the
peanut oil and mix well with the rice.
3 Cooking
Press the “RICE” button, select
CLAYPOT, then press START to put
the cooker into cooking mode.
4 Add the ingredients
After about 40 minutes, when the
beep sounds, open the lid and lay the
marinated ingredients on top of the
rice, close the lid and wait until the
cooking is finished.
