Assembly Instructions for Model Numbers CA1524DD, CA1530DD, CA1536DD CA1542DD, CA1548DD
Remove collar, tags, and leads from pet before placing it in the home to prevent possible entanglement.
To prevent possible injury to yourself, remove jewelry such as rings, loose bracelets and necklaces before assembling the crate.
Unwrap and remove all parts from the box. Keep the box and packing material until the product is assembled. In case of return or exchange,
failure to return product in similar condition as received could result in limited reimbursement. Please save sales receipt as proof of purchase
for warranty purposes. Check to ensure you have all the parts below. If you discover any parts are missing, immediately call our toll-free

Parts Identification: Folding Crate, Plastic Pan, Divider Panel, Plastic Carrying Handle(s), 1 or 2 depending on the size of your crate)
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove the folded crate from the carton. Place it on a flat sur-
face with the plastic pan on the bottom and the wires facing
up. Unhook the locking device located on the side of the crate.
2. While keeping the crate flat on the floor, unfold it like you
would open a book.
3. Lift up on the top wires to form the top and the sides of the
crate.
4. The bottoms of the two side panels should rest inside the bot-
tom panel frame. One edge of the top panel should set inside
the side panel while the other edge should rest outside of the
side panel.
5. Reach in the home and pull the door panel toward you until it
fits into the clips on the ends of each side panel.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Remove Crate from Carton

Remove the folded crate from the carton and place it on a flat surface, unhooking the locking device.

Step 2: Unfold the Crate

Lift the top wires to form the top and sides of the crate.

Step 4: Position Side Panels

Ensure side panels rest inside the bottom panel frame and top panel edges fit correctly.

Step 5: Secure Door Panel

Pull the door panel inward until it fits into the clips on the side panels.

Step 6: Secure Top Panel

Pull the door panel outward and push down the top panel to secure hooks.

Step 7: Repeat with End Panel

Repeat assembly steps 5 and 6 for the end panel.

Step 8: Secure Plastic Pan

Secure the plastic pan using the pan stop under the front door panel.

Place the divider panel with hooks facing away from the dog's living area, ensuring adequate space.
