Drinks with milk
Only use pasteurised milk to avoid a
build-up of bacteria.
You can use milk to make different
coffee specialities, hot milk or milk
froth.
The following can be made:
Cappuccino H consisting of two thirds
milk froth and a third espresso.
Latte macchiato k consisting of a third
hot milk, a third milk froth and a third
espresso.
Caffè latte ± consisting of hot milk
and coffee.
Milk flask
The milk will not keep cool in the milk
flask. It should therefore be kept in
the fridge if you are not going to be
using milk for a long period. Cold
milk (below 13 °C) gives the best
results for milk froth.
Do not use milk with additives.
Sugar additives will stick to the milk
pipework.
