Drying food
Only use the Dryingspecial application or the Combi mode| Combi Fan
plusfunction to dry food so that moisture can be dissipated.
Cut the food into similar sized pieces.
Spread out across the rack covered in baking parchment.
Tip: Bananas and pineapple are not suitable for drying.
