The wash cycle finishes too early
and three horizontal lines “---” ap-
pear in the time display.
Press the START/Stop button until
the Program Selector indicator
lamps light.
Turn off the dishwasher using the
ON/OFF switch.
After 5 seconds:
Turn on the machine.
Re-select the program and press the
START/Stop button.
If the lines reappear in the display there
is machine fault. Please call the MIELE
Service Department.
Under certain circumstances you may
still be able to use the “RINSE &
HOLD” and “ENERGY SAVER” pro-
grams. The “Time left” will be displayed
once the program has begun.

Please have the model and serial num-
bers of your appliance available. This
information can be found on the data
plate on the upper edge of the door.
Program update function - PC
The Salt indicator lamp has a second
function: It allows a technician with the
proper equipment to change the pro-
gramming of the dishwasher to take ad-
vantage of the latest technological de-
velopments.
For instance, if a detergent becomes
available that gives good wash results
using only cold water, the wash pro-
grams can be changed to take advant-
age of this development to help reduce
your energy costs.
